Lithium afforded me an invaluable opportunity to work at my first enterprise SASS company. Here I grew in my understanding of how enterprise software is designed and run while leading design efforts on a new social media marketing solution.
I was the lead designer for the Lithium publishing platform. I worked with industry thought leaders and Fortune 500 customers to define, scope, and implement new social customer care solutions used by major telecom and airline, and entertainment companies.
